Choose the structure you prefer
When you enter the arrival and departure dates in the form’s fields, the structures that have vacancies for the period requested will be selected.
Consult the information page for each structure. You will be able to see a selection of pictures of rooms and find information about the location, means of transport, etc.

Check availability
Click on the “book” button of the chosen structure, fill out the reservation form in all its parts, and choose one of the possible payment methods: credit card, postal money order, or bank transfer.
You will soon receive an e-mail (or fax) containing all the information regarding availability and the booking procedure.
For stays of up to 3 days, the deposit requested from the guest is equal to the amount for the first night of the stay; for longer stays, 30% of the total reservation value is required.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer or money order, it will be necessary to send the requested deposit amount directly to the hotel structures within 24 hours (excluding holidays), and send us a copy of the payment receipt.
If you choose to send your credit card information as a guarantee, the reservation is confirmed immediately. After you complete this step, you will immediately receive the voucher with which you can go directly to the structure. -
Cancellations
Unless otherwise expressly specified in the structure’s “cancellation policy”, the penalties for cancellations are as follows:
- 15 days prior to the arrival date: no penalty; the deposit will be returned in full, and only the agency fees, for a total of €30, will be subtracted.
- 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit will be returned, after subtraction of expenses.
- 3 days or less prior to arrival, or in the event of non-arrival: the deposit will be kept in full.
- During the stay, waivers, even if partial, will not be cause for refunds
